Product FAQs a list of questions most often asked by potential customers
Will the logo scratch, wear or otherwise come off? The printed material you see is actually UNDER a layer of coating, which along with the print is actually a part of the material itself. Because it is high pressure laminate, it's just as durable as a conventional kitchen countertop and what you see will stay there just as long. It will not flake, wear, chip or peel off like many other printed materials.
How do I clean my table top? You can use any standard commercial cleaner, including mild abrasives. Clean these just like you would any other table top.
Can I buy just a table top? YES! Many of our customers are already in business and are simply updating their tables. If your table bases are in good repair just replace the table top. Our business is to manufacture table tops and that is really what we are interested in selling. We offer table bases to those customers that either don't have any yet or need to replace some. In many cases we will suggest that you buy your bases locally if it will save you money. But if buying from one source is more convenient for our customers, we do carry a wide selection of bases for commercial, promotional and residential use.
Do you only make custom printed tables? No, we also make standard laminate table tops with over 250 colors, patterns and woodgrains available to choose from. We primarily use Wilsonart laminates for these items, although we can also use other brands if your specifications require it.
How many tables do I have to buy? We will always tell you that to place an order with us you have to buy at least one! Whether you are buying a standard laminate or a custom printed table, your minimum buy is only 1. Even if you want a table printed with your own logo or artwork, we see no reason why you should have to purchase 5, 10 or even 25 tables. Although this is almost unheard of for most custom manufacturers our goal is to make not only what you want but also only what you need.
Can I have a table made with my own logo or artwork? CERTAINLY. This is the concept that we developed from the start. While we offer many other printed table tops, our specialty is making customized table tops for individual businesses. You spent the time and money to develop a unique logo to use in the marketing of your business. We think that table tops can be a part of your overall marketing plan.
What sizes and shapes are available? While we offer many of the standard sizes and shapes commonly used in the commercial industry, we can produce specialty tops to fit most any requirement.
Can I get a different edging on a licensed table? Due to the wording in license applications for specifications and approvals, we can only offer these with black commercial vinyl. Working with individual licensees on these products is a priviledge for us and not something we take for granted, therefore we work within the boundaries we are given.
What kind of artwork do I need to provide for a custom table top? We use Adobe Illustrator to set up art files for printing. Most logos or art are designed and can be submitted in a VECTOR FORMAT. Save these files in version 10 or prior in either .ai or .eps formats. Photo or similar graphics should be submitted at 150 dpi for the desired print size.
Can I see a sample before the table is made? We can provide a piece of printed material for you at no charge to approve prior to doing a production run. This can add up to two weeks to the overall time it takes to finish an order. We cannot provide a full table sample though unless you are willing to pay full price for it.
How long will it take to get my order? For standard and premium laminates, please allow up to three weeks for shipment, depending on the laminate and edge style you require. For custom printed laminates it generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks from approval.
Are there quantity discounts available? We do have pricing discounts available but because of the way our materials are processed, first level discounts usually come in after 50 table tops and up.
How can I pay for my order? To process your order we require one of the following: 1) Credit card information with the order; 2) A business check with the order; or 3) a company purchase order with credit references to work on open terms.
